Dharitri Patnaik

A trailblazer in business and a changemaker for women and children, Dharitri Patnaik leads with vision and heart. As Chairperson of infrastructure firm Diversified Energy Solutions, she stewards industrial growth in Eastern India. Her beauty and wellness startup Jivada Ventures displays her entrepreneurial ambition.

Yet her most invaluable impact uplifts disadvantaged groups like women, children and youth via her non-profit Humara Bachpan Trust. There, programs like “SAMBHAVI” enable economic participation and empowerment of more than 80,000 women. She has led advocacy and policy change nationally and globally through her work in G20’s W20 and in various international organisations.

Dharitri has been honored by the PeaceJam Foundation and Government of India. With acumen earned through Master’s degrees at Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Harvard University, Dharitri manifests both compassion and entrepreneurial insight to drive positive change.
